Chimney Swift Game for Kids

The Wisconsin Humane Society has developed The Chimney Swift Game to teach school kids about the ups and downs of a swift’s migration south for the winter. Hazards include: storms, windows, traffic, a wind farm and even a Cooper’s Hawk lurking nearby. It’s an active game with instructions like “Fly around in 3 big circles looking for a new roost” or “Fly backwards” or “Flap your wings 10 times”. Looks fun! Leave a comment and tell us what do you think.

The "flock" with the most feather cards wins the game
